Thank you for being with us and supporting us in 2019. Since we have commenced TikTok-related operations in Oct 2019, we have so far engaged over 500 clients, and serviced over 100 of them. As a new business, we are much appreciative of it.
In 2020, TikTok has changed its policy and we will be working under a new framework. We will continue to service our clients for both ad booking and campaigns. In addition, we will be focusing on value-added services going forward. Our valued-added services include:
- We have switched our website to www.mydigination.com to better reflect the nature of our business. We will be revamping the content of the website to reflect more services we are providing to you.
- Weekly updates of TikTok related business information: from Feb, we will be sending out newsletter to our valued customers, on information relating to the TikTok businesses. Information in the newsletter will include: 1) Skills on how to manage TikTok advertising, e.g. how to make good video and landing page; 2) sharing of developments of TikTok policies in general; 3) Recommendation of trending products in China (and you can engage us for whole-sale purchases from China). A general version of the newsletters will be sent to all clients and a premium version with more details, will be sent to clients subscribing our services.
- Continued account opening and support: we will be revisiting our client service policy and to provide you with better services, we will charge a small fee of 5% (self-managed) and 10% (agency-managed) commission on the ad spending. This is to ensure we have enough resources to deal with client requests and answer your calls timely. In addition, we welcome agencies or TikTok optimizers to work together with us, in various ways.
This year, we will continue to develop new services meeting our clients’ needs. We look forward to grow together with each and every of our client, and with TikTok. We wish all to have a prosperous year ahead!
